The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong multitasking abilities while supporting both the Logistics Supervisors and Sales Department.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nManage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service\nRespond to customer inquiries received via telephone, email, or written correspondence politely and promptly\nInvestigate and resolve customer inquiries and service requests efficiently\nAnalyze customer concerns to determine the most appropriate and effective resolution\nSupport DICI commitment to excellence in customer service\nPerform administrative duties, including reporting and data entry and review\nEngage with both new and existing customers regarding new products and renewal opportunities\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nAt least 1-year minimum of experience in customer service an asset\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nPrevious call center experience preferred\nHighly self-motivated with a positive attitude\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel\nStrong interpersonal and organizational skills\nAbility to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone\nExcellent multitasking and time management abilities\nAbility to troubleshoot in a dynamic and fast-paced environment\nAbility to de-escalate customer concerns in a tense situation\nAbility to maintain positive and fact-based responses and exercise self-awareness under pressure\nOwn transportation (no city transportation in the area)\nWHAT WE OFFER:\nSalary range: $45,000 -
