(i.e. recognizing and troubleshooting lagoon operations, Air treatment condensers and scrubbers (Water Shell/ Tube and Air/ Air, Packed Bed Scrubbers, Venturi's and RTO scrubbers) \nEvaluates and decides using technical specifications provided on equipment data sheets to base performance decisions. \nResponsible for training new personnel on Company safety procedures and safe operating standards in accordance with OSHA. \nOther duties as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED\nWastewater Operator Certification (GA) or ability to obtain require certification.\nPrior supervisory or management experience.\nKnowledge of environmental systems, equipment, and operating procedures.\nProficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field. \nPrior rendering, agricultural, or industrial experience.\nKnowledge of industrial electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems and preventative/predictive maintenance practices.\nExperience coordinating contractors and multiple projects or priorities.\nStrong problem solving skills.\nWorking Conditions and Physical Demands\nFrequently exposed to high noise levels, strong odors, varying temperatures, electrical hazards, chemicals, and biohazardous conditions.\nRequires prolonged sitting and movement throughout office/work locations, as well as occasional use of computers and office equipment.\nFrequently requires sitting, walking, computer/equipment use, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing or balancing.\nMust be able to communicate effectively and identify potential workplace hazards.\nRequires the ability to
