Employee will receive training to be able to safely operate a Front End Loader and learn how to use this piece of equipment to mix raw materials, unload and load product to meet production goals.\nEssential Duties/Responsibilities\nNothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.\nOperates yard and plant equipment to load materials. Maintains raw material mixture.\n\nMaintains contact with operator to ensure most efficient mix rate.\n\nPerforms daily maintenance on loader before each shift.\n\nWashes plant equipment, vehicles, and processing areas as necessary using high pressure power washer.\n\nPerforms general cleaning as needed in work areas.\n\nKeeps area clean; raw materials piled out of driving area.\n\nMaintains safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.\nExperience in loader operation.\nDemonstrated solid work history required. \nMust have flexibility to be able to work weekends, holidays or to cover other shifts as business needs arise.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBasic math skills;
