Their duties include reviewing and distribution of work orders, and PM schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on specifications.\nReview documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.\nConfer with department supervisors and other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.\nRevise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaboration with management, production, maintenance and logistics.\nConfer with established personnel, venders, and customers to coordinate maintenance activities, and resolve complaints or eliminate delays.\nRecord maintenance data, including work orders, spare parts used, and missed deadlines.\nRequisitions and maintains inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet maintenance demands.\nCalculates figures such as required amounts of labor and materials, manufacturing costs, and wages, using pricing schedules, adding machines, calculators or computers.\nDistribute maintenance schedules and work orders to departments.\nCompiles information, such as work order rates and progress, materials inventories, materials used, and customer information, so that status reports can be completed.\nAll other duties as assigned by management\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nMinimum of 2 + years in a production or maintenance environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nStrong organizational and communication skills and problem solving.\nAbility to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines.\nDemonstrates time management skills.\nAble to speak, read, and write English.\nIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.\nAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to fax, copy and scan documents.\nPhysical Demands\nOccasionally lift up to 25 lbs.\nFrequently required to sit for extended periods.\nOccasionally required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch.\nRegularly required reach with hands and arms.\nWork Environment\nJob functions will be carried out in an office or in a production
