order.\nEffectively manage all instances of breakdowns and coordinates with Maintenance to ensure needed repairs are made in timely manner.\nLead continuous improvement efforts in all areas of responsibility.\nResponsible for achieving individual and department targets, goals and objectives.\nResponsible for observing all Company safety rules and regulations, recognize safety as top Company priority and conduct/participate regularly scheduled safety meetings with plant staff.\nAssist in conducting investigation of accidents that occur within jurisdiction and makes recommendations to Plant Safety Committee.\nAll other duties as assigned by management.\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory/management role.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.\nMust be able to work rotating weekend shifts.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMechanical aptitude.\nLabor relations background and experience with leadership & training.\nGood understanding of production maintenance and repair
