The Hourly Traveling Cook supports multiple corporate dining accounts by preparing and serving high-quality meals in accordance with company recipes, standards, and safety guidelines. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and strong culinary skills to ensure seamless food service operations across multiple sites.\nWhat You'll Do:\nTravel to assigned workplace dining locations as scheduled to provide culinary support.\nPrepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and catered meals according to standardized recipes and production sheets.\nSet up and break down food stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization.\nAssist with receiving, stocking, and rotating products following FIFO and food safety guidelines.\nFollow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.\nMaintain high standards of food presentation and portion control.\nSupport catering and special events as needed.\nCommunicate effectively with on-site chefs, managers, and team members to ensure smooth service.\nProvide feedback on menu items and suggest improvements when appropriate.\nRequirements\nWhat We Need From You:\n2+ years of culinary experience in workplace dining, restaurants, or catering preferred.\nAbility to travel daily between multiple workplace dining locations - valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.\nKnowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen equipment operation.\nStrong teamwork, time management, and communication skills.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.\nBenefits\nWhat You’ll Get From Us:\nComprehensive Medical, Dental, Life and Vision insurance\n401(k) to help you invest in your future \nPaid time off to help support your life outside of work\nWork alongside collaborative team members who support Dartcor’s core values \nSchedule & Compensation:\nHourly position;
