In addition will manage aspects of our PEO and will assist in enforcing company policies and practices.\nRequirements\nDuties/Responsibilities:\n Superstar Recruiter with deep industry connections who has built a strong, continuously replenished bench of exceptional talent. Proactively recruits, cold-sources, interviews, and develops relationships with high-caliber candidates - even when there are no immediate openings - so the company always has qualified talent ready to step in when an employee underperforms, leaves, or a new opportunity arises. Partners closely with departmental leaders to understand the skills, competencies, leadership qualities, and cultural fit required for each position, ensuring we are never without strong options for critical roles.\nReviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, and aptitude exams and certifications.\nConducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications \nImplements new hire orientation and helps coordinate employee recognition programs including but not limited to gathering submissions for quarterly newsletter, birthday and anniversary cards, organizing team building activities.\nPerforms routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs \nHandles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the Director of HR or Director of Payroll for further review.\nAssists the Director of HR and participates in employee progressive discipline process\nMaintains knowledge of hiring trends, best practices, and new technologies in human resources and talent management. Claude experience a plus!\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nRequired Skills/Abilities: \nExudes Hospitality in all aspects of interactions with others inside and outside of the organization\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.\nAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.\nProficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
