solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on Security Operations (SecOps).\n\n- Implement and customise modules such as Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), Threat Intelligence (TI).\n\n- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.\n\n- Integrate ServiceNow with security tools (SIEM, vulnerability scanners, threat feeds).\n\n- Automate security processes such as: Incident detection and response, Vulnerability remediation workflows.\n\n- Collaborate with SOC teams, security analysts, and IT teams.\n\n- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation and adhere to best practices.\n\n- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades and platform enhancements.\n\nRequirements :\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.\n\n- Experience in SecOps modules (SIR, VR, Threat Intelligence).\n\n- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations.\n\n- Knowledge of ITSM processes.\n\n- Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Script Includes.\n\n- Understanding of security concepts : SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), Vulnerability tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable).\n\n- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- ServiceNow certifications : Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), SecOps Implementation Specialist.\n\n- Exposure to ITOM / GRC modules, Agile/Scrum methodology.\n\n- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).\nSkills\nServiceNow, ServiceNow Integration,
