You’ll play an important role in managing day-to-day payroll operations while supporting payroll processes, reporting, reconciliations and ongoing system improvements.\nThe Role\nYou’ll be responsible for supporting the full payroll lifecycle across a multi-state workforce, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with federal, state and local requirements.\nYou’ll also use your Workday expertise to support payroll administration, resolve issues, maintain accurate employee data and help improve payroll processes and controls.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and support end-to-end payroll processing for a multi-state US workforce\nProcess payroll changes, adjustments, deductions, bonuses and other employee payments\nReview payroll data and timekeeping information to ensure accuracy\nPerform payroll reconciliations and investigate discrepancies\nSupport payroll tax, compliance and year-end activities\nMaintain accurate employee payroll records within Workday\nUse Workday Payroll to process, review and troubleshoot payroll activity\nProduce payroll reports and support payroll analysis\nWork closely with HR, Finance and other internal stakeholders\nRespond to employee payroll queries and resolve issues efficiently\nSupport process improvements, system changes and payroll-related projects\nHelp maintain strong payroll controls, procedures and documentation\nAbout You\nWe’re looking for someone with solid US payroll experience who is comfortable being hands-on and working with Workday on a day-to-day basis.\nYou’ll ideally have:\nSeveral years of US payroll administration/processing experience\nStrong multi-state payroll experience\nHands-on experience with Workday Payroll\nGood understanding of US payroll legislation and compliance\nExperience with payroll reconciliations, audits and reporting\nStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy\nExcellent problem-solving and organisational
