With a strong focus on product quality, technical expertise and long-term customer relationships, the company is continuing to invest in its Canadian market presence.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven solar professional to take ownership of market development in Canada, build strategic relationships and play a key role in growing the company’s footprint.\nThe Role\nAs Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales and market share across Canada, with a particular focus on PV mounting solutions for residential and commercial rooftop applications.\nYou will build and manage relationships with distributors, EPCs, installers and strategic partners, while working closely with technical, marketing and operations teams to develop opportunities and deliver sustainable revenue growth.\nThis is a highly autonomous role, ideally suited to someone who understands the Canadian solar market, already has strong industry relationships and enjoys combining business development with technical customer engagement.\nKey Responsibilities\nAchieve quarterly and annual sales targets across the Canadian market\n\nDevelop and manage relationships with distributors, EPCs and solar installers\n\nIdentify and develop new key accounts and strategic commercial partnerships\n\nPromote rooftop PV mounting solutions across pitched and flat-roof applications\n\nConduct customer visits, product presentations and technical training sessions\n\nWork closely with technical teams on project design and solution development\n\nSupport quotations, pricing strategies and contract negotiations\n\nMonitor competitor activity, pricing trends and developments across the Canadian solar market\n\nRepresent the company at trade fairs, webinars and customer events\n\nSupport project bidding and maintain accurate opportunity tracking\n\nWork with finance teams regarding payment terms and receivables\n\nSupport customers with technical and commercial issues\n\nMaintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts and regular sales reporting\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related
