Working closely with engineering, product management and executive leadership, you’ll identify customer needs, position complex photonics solutions and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.\nThis role is ideal for someone with a strong technical sales background who enjoys building relationships within fast-moving, technology-driven markets.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue across key accounts and target markets.\nIdentify, qualify and secure new business opportunities with OEMs, system integrators and strategic partners.\nManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.\nBuild long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical and commercial partner.\nWork closely with engineering and product teams to align customer requirements with product development.\nRepresent the company at industry conferences, trade shows and customer meetings.\nMaintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting and CRM activity.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Business or a related discipline.\n5+ years of technical sales or business development experience within photonics, optics, semiconductors or related high-tech industries.\nProven track record of developing new business and managing strategic customer accounts.\nExperience selling complex technical products to OEMs, hyperscalers, telecom, datacom or semiconductor customers.\nStrong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.\nAbility to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to both engineering and executive stakeholders.\nWillingness to travel as required across North America.\nDarwin Recruitment is acting as an
