You will work closely with hardware specialists and collaborate with researchers, engineers, and other technical experts.\nKey Responsibilities\nIC Design: Contribute to CMOS IC design projects and help deliver designs within demanding development timelines.\n\nCryogenic PDK Development: Develop and maintain cryogenic process design kits (PDKs) for proprietary CMOS technology.\n\nCollaborate across circuit design, device modeling, layout, verification, and technology development activities.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong expertise in CMOS circuit design, with experience in at least two of the following areas:\nAdvanced analog and mixed-signal design: low-noise circuits, ADC/DACs, PLL/VCOs, sensor interfaces\n\nRF / high-frequency design: switches, multiplexers, oscillators, matching networks, phase-noise optimization\n\nDigital integration: custom logic, FSMs, counters, calibration engines, analog/digital co-design\n\nFDSOI design: body biasing, variability management, wide-temperature and cryogenic operation\n\nDevice physics and layout: mismatch, parasitics, full-custom layout\n\nProgramming & Design Automation\nExperience with several of the following:\nHDL: Verilog, Verilog-A/AMS\n\nSPICE: simulation and verification, including Monte Carlo, corner analysis, and device modeling\n\nScripting: Python, MATLAB, shell scripting for automation and data analysis\n\nCAD / PDK: PCell development and PDK customization\n\nSupporting technologies: C/C++, laboratory interfaces, Git-based development workflows\n\nPCell creation and parameterization for layout generation\n\nCAD flow setup, automation, and maintenance\n\nProfessional proficiency in English\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience developing custom PDKs\n\nPDK integration and customization, including models, layers, and rule decks\n\nDevice modeling and validation, including DC, RF, and cryogenic characterization\n\nDevelopment and debugging of LVS/DRC/ERC rule
