IT infrastructure and roadmap while working closely with business teams to improve processes, security, and operational efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and develop the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and IT roadmap.\n\nManage Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, including permissions and document management.\n\nBuild business process automation using Power Automate, Microsoft Lists, and Forms.\n\nSupport and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other business applications.\n\nManage networks, servers, endpoints, and IT equipment.\n\nDrive improvements in IT security, access management, and GDPR compliance.\n\nCoordinate external IT providers, vendors, and service partners.\n\nAdvise the COO and wider business on technology, risks, and IT investments.\n\nYour Profile\n5+ years’ IT experience, ideally with broad ownership of IT systems and applications.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Automate.\n\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.\n\nSolid understanding of infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and access management.\n\nPowerShell, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS knowledge is advantageous.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nPragmatic, hands-on approach with strong business awareness.\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into effective IT
