This is a place where people can flourish and grow their careers.\n\nWhat you'll do (the highlights)\nAs aSenior Direct Support Professional, you are a Full -Time leadership team member and the lead staff on shift, responsible for coordinating daily operations, supporting your team, and ensuring high-quality care.\nWhat that looks like:\nWorking a bi-weekly rotating schedule featuring a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.\n\nLeading and coordinating staff on shift to ensure all responsibilities are completed.\n\nProviding direct support including personal hygiene, grocery shopping, housekeeping, meal preparation, and socialization.\n\nEnsuring the environment is clean, safe, and comfortable.\n\nSupporting medical needs including appointments, medication, and follow-ups.\n\nOrganizing the day, monitoring routines, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation.\n\nReviewing staff documentation, time tracking, and incident reports for accuracy.\n\nSupporting staff through guidance, task assignment, and real-time coaching.\n\nEncouraging and supporting people at DASCH to engage in community activities based on their likes and abilities.\n\nAdvocating for people at DASCH, ensuring their best interests are always prioritized.\n\nBeing a role model to both staff and people supported by promoting independence, dignity, and respect.\n\nWhat you bring (and why you’ll thrive here)\nDASCH team members are special.
