it's at the core of how we build products.\n\nOur Product, Engineering, and Design teams leverage AI to create seamless, intelligent experiences for millions of users.\n\nRole Overview:\n\nWe're looking for a Product Manager - Transactions to own and build the end-to-end payments and transactions experience for India's first AI-powered credit platform.\n\nYou'll be responsible for creating seamless, reliable, and intuitive money movement experiences - from payments to transaction flows - ensuring every interaction is effortless for our users.\n\nIf you're passionate about solving consumer problems, obsessed with product quality, and excited about building AI-native products, we'd love to meet you.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for transactions and payments.\n\n- Identify user pain points through research, analytics, and customer feedback, and translate them into impactful product solutions.\n\n- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, and Business teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.\n\n- Define product requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and drive execution from ideation to launch.\n\n- Analyze product metrics, user behavior, and transaction performance to continuously improve the customer experience.\n\n- Optimize transaction success rates, reliability, speed, and user satisfaction.\n\n- Leverage AI-driven capabilities to create intelligent and personalized payment experiences.\n\n- Stay updated on fintech trends, payments ecosystem, and emerging AI technologies to identify new opportunities.\n\nWho We're Looking For:\n\n- 3 - 6 years of Product Management experience building and scaling consumer products.\n\n- Strong consumer-first mindset with exceptional attention to detail.\n\n- A generalist PM who enjoys solving diverse product challenges.\n\n- Problem-first approach - focuses on understanding user problems before designing solutions.\n\n- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.\n\n- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.\n\n- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Genuine curiosity about AI, fintech, and emerging technologies.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Experience working on payments, transactions, fintech, or consumer internet products.\n\n- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in high-growth startups.\n\n- Understanding of payments infrastructure, transaction flows, or financial products is a plus.\n\n- Passion for building AI-native products.\n\nEligibility Criteria:\n\nExperience: 3 -
