entertainment, designing, developing and iterating on systems and features.\nCollaborate with a vibrant cross-functional team, including developers, designers, producers, product managers, and more.\nSupport other colleagues in their growth and with their challenges.\nHelp build and grow Dashy.\nWe're looking for:\n3-7 years of experience as a Backend Developer.\nStrong experience with backend services using languages such as Java/Spring, Golang, Python, C#/.NET, or JavaScript/TypeScript (NestJS, Express).\nSolid understanding of database systems, data modeling, and query optimization.\nProficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and/or RPC APIs.\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), including serverless architectures, IAM, and cloud databases.\nFamiliarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.\nKnowledge of common engineering practices such as CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing.\nExperience in AI-enhanced workflows (e.g. Claude, Co-Pilot, ChatGPT etc).\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.\nA degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.\nPassion for continuous learning and mentoring others.\nGenuine interest in games, music, and interactive media.\nWhat we
