The Senior Project Manager - DELMIA Apriso is focused on planning, executing, and closing projects while effectively managing the project team and stakeholders. Supporting Presales, POVs, and RFPs.\nRole Description & Responsibilities\nProvide support and insights such as assessing program needs, planning, staffing, risk management, project structure, and Governance\n\nLead or contribute to the statement of work content definition of the project while complying with Value Engagement SOW standards\n\nDefine the project plan and manage it throughout the lifecycle of the project.\n\nManage and provide guidance to the project team.\n\nMES (Manufacturing Execution System) experience - APRISO is mandatory\n\nMeet On Time, On Quality, and on Budget objectives within the agreed scope.\n\nMaximize Best Practice capitalization and re-use.\n\nEstablish appropriate actions and plans to guarantee Confidentiality and IP protection.\n\nEstablish a strong team / work together amongst the project team.\n\nReport on all aspects of projects (status, risks, actions, KPI’s, others) clearly and concisely.\n\nEnsure and support proper deliverable and knowledge hand over between Value Commitment and Value Delivery phase with project team.\n\nEstablish and nurture a trust-based relationship with the Customer.\n\nManage escalation and monitor progress until resolution. Maintain project budget.\n\nManage project change requests.\n\nManage relationships with Subcontractors and/or Partners for the scope of the project.\n\nIdentify and communicate new business opportunities on or outside the project.\n\nProduce the project lessons learned documentation\n\nExperience in Presales\n\nBuilding Proposals\n\nResponding to RFPs\n\nRelationships:\n\nCustomer project managers and Procurement\n\nClient Executive\n\nGlobal Value Engagement Services: Engagement Processes and Operations\n\nGeo Industry Services and Industry Consultant Management\n\nServices Sales Expert, Industry Consultant, and Industry Services Management Services Management\n\nQualifications\nBachelor degree with BE/B. Tech/ ME/ M.
