5+ years of relevant working experience in enterprise office facility management, multinational company facility operation experience is preferred.\nFamiliar with office building facility operation and maintenance management, proficient in common fault troubleshooting of electrical, electromechanical, air conditioning, water and fire safety facilities, with independent problem-solving capability.\nFamiliar with office facility management processes, vendor management modes and basic cost control methods;
