The Adoption IPC team consists of technical trusted advisors, which support the Inside Sales Team of Business Development Hub and the general growth of Cloud business in EMEAR.\nYour mission\nThe position of Adoption Industry Process Consultant is meant for mastering 3DEXPERIENCE platform product usage and articulating its overall value to both customers and prospects.\nIt also requires understanding and addressing the business needs of the customer from 3DEXPERIENCE applications, leading to deal closure and securing a successful go live. The Adoption Industry Process Consultant will focus on handling onboarding sessions of our new customers, as well as technical follow-ups in order to assist on technical issues and questions from customers, but also help in identifying potential new opportunities of up-selling and cross-selling products.
