Make sure that tickets are updated with all the relevant information periodically.\n·Patch/Upgrade firewall firmware periodically across APAC\n·Be part of the implementation team for any new firewall related projects.\n·Create periodic reports on the firewall logs and see if there is any scope for fine tuning in terms of security policies.\n·Keep monitoring the firewall performances and proactively intimate the management if there is any upgrade/replacement required.\n·Help the automation team with feedback on how to automate the recurring operational tasks and if possible, contribute code in that front\nQualifications/Experience\n·B.Tech / B.E (CS / IT / E&TC) from premier institutions with good academic track records.\n·Overall Industry experience of 3-5 years in the firewall/ZTNA domain.\n·2-3 years of hands-on experience on corporate firewalling solutions like Checkpoint/Cisco/Fortinet\n·2-3 Years of hands-on experience on Zscaler Private Access and Zscaler Internet Access\n·Good understanding of different firewall blades and their functionalities\n·Experience on an SLA oriented ticketing tool\n·Experience in some SD-WAN Solution will be an added advantage\n·An Evangelist in terms of cyber security and its latest happenings around the globe\n·Basic understanding of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF etc.\n·Basic understanding of Python, rest API etc.\n·Experience in working in an international team\n·Strong Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex firewall issues.\n·Adaptability, ability to learn faster, independent, responsible and diligent.\n·Good team spirit and interpersonal skills\n·Excellent written & verbal communication skills and analytical skills\n·Achieves performance goals and objectives in line with the team strategy.\n·French language proficiency level CEFR B1 (Intermediate) will be an added advantage.\nInclusion statement\nAs a game-changer in sustainable technology and innovation, Dassault Systèmes is striving to build more inclusive and diverse teams across the globe.
