The Performance Test Engineer will have a strong understanding of performance testing, load testing, and stress testing to ensure that applications meet the required performance standards. The candidate will work closely with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to identify performance bottlenecks, review performance results and provide detailed analysis with relevant logs. Additionally, he/she will be responsible to build efficient tools to improve overall efficiency in the execution of PCS tasks and deliver high-quality software.\nRole Description & Responsibilities:\nDesign and Execution of Performance Capacity and Scalability Tests through Automation.\nCreate test scripts and data to simulate a range of user scenarios, and ensure realistic load testing.\nAnalyze performance test results and generate detailed reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.\nUse profiling tools to detect and analyze performance issues related to memory usage, CPU consumption, database queries, and response times.\nUse industry-standard performance testing tools such as JMeter\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Preferred)/ Any.\nLooking for 2-5 Years of working experience\nStrong analytical/problem-solving/troubleshooting skills to interpret challenges in execution process and propose solutions/tools to improve upon those challenges\nStrong knowledge & proven experience of performance testing principles and methodologies.\nProficiency with performance testing tools and UI Automation tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Selenium.).\nExperience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Groovy, Python).\nUnderstanding of web technologies and protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, APIs, etc.).\nAbility to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.\nApplication Performance Monitoring Tools\nWhat's in it for you:\nWork in a culture of collaboration and innovation\nEnsure knowledge sharing within the team\nAble to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with co-workers, both local and remote.\nWorking with a Multinational culture company.\nInclusion statement\nAs a game-changer in sustainable technology and innovation, Dassault Systèmes is striving to build more inclusive and diverse teams across the globe.
