The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical understanding, project delivery experience, and stakeholder management skills to drive complex digital engineering and product lifecycle initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end implementation of PLM solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.\n\nManage project scope, timelines, budget, and quality across multiple workstreams.\n\nDrive program governance, including planning, risk management, issue resolution, and reporting to senior leadership.\n\nHigh Ownership along with strong Project Management experience.\n\nCustomer Front Ending Interactions & Collaboration with technical teams is a key requirement\n\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams including CAD, engineering & manufacturing.\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\n\nManage vendors, system integrators, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.\n\nEstablish best practices, templates, and frameworks for PLM program execution.\n\nLead change management initiatives, user adoption strategies, and training programs.\n\nMonitor KPIs and project performance metrics to ensure successful delivery outcomes.\n\nStrong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.\n\nKnowledge of cloud-based PLM deployments is an advantage.\n\nProject management certifications like PMP would be preferred.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.\n\nAbility to manage ambiguity and complex stakeholder environments.\n\nQualifications\nB.E/B Tech/MBA or equivalent\n\n8 - 12 years of experience\n\nProject Management Certifications are preferred\n\nWhat’s in it for you\nWork in a culture of collaboration and innovation.\n\nAn understanding of the software architecture and interfaces of relevant in-house and external software components.\n\nProfessional development and upskilling opportunities\n\nCollaborative, mission-driven team culture\n\nInclusion statement\nAs a game-changer in sustainable technology and innovation, Dassault Systèmes is striving to build more inclusive and diverse teams across the globe.
