By designing and delivering high-impact enablement strategies, best-practice training, and strategic consultation, this role empowers Implementation Consultants and external clients to seamlessly adopt, build, and optimize our eCOA and Patient Experience solutions-ultimately accelerating clinical trials and bringing life-saving therapies to market faster.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign engaging training and enablement materials/activities for relating to process and technology considerations when building Medidata's Patient Experience technologies.\n\nDeliver engaging process, technology, and best practice training to clients and internal Implementation consultants.\n\nProvide guidance, advice, knowledge, and best practices to support existing enablement customers in driving adoption of Medidata's Patient Experience technology.\n\nEstablish “Trusted Advisor” relationship through consultation.\n\nProvide feedback from customers to Patient Experience Product and Services Teams on desired functionality that improves our product offering to our customers.\n\nContribute to SOP and Work Instruction Development for Patient Experience Services.\n\nSupport with new release overviews, knowledge transfer and risk assessments in providing operational input and support to the implementation of new releases.\n\nAttend Operational Meetings to support Medidata Patient Experience applications.\n\nWork with the relevant Sales team members to support further adoption of products.\n\nMaintain individual Product and Industry expertise by attending regular Product Training and external industry training, e.g. conferences.\n\nRepresent Professional Services team in Product Adoption and Optimization (PAO). workstreams and initiatives; share knowledge back to the full Professional Services team.\n\nInput to the training of wider Professional Services team to enhance Product and Industry knowledge across team.\n\nCollate and maintain list of defect and enhancements that require addressing by Medidata Product teams and provide operational insight to defect and enhancement requests.\n\nProvide operational input to Medidata's implementation process, best practices and collateral roadmaps ensuring that Professional Services Patient Experience team is represented.\n\nWork with Medidata Academy on the development of training plans and collateral\n\nCommunicate status reports to team members on both client and internal projects.\n\nMentor AICs, ICs and Senior ICs through Medidata's eCOA build and eCOA enablement processes.\n\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 3-year university/college degree or equivalent experience.\n\nMinimum of 7 years experience working with clinical trials in a data management-related role, or equivalent combination of education and experience\n\nMinimum of 5 years eCOA build or consultation experience.\n\nElectronic Data Capture experience is desirable.\n\nAs with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location.\nThe salary range for positions that will be physically based in the NYC Metro Area is $96,000.00 - 128,000.00\nThe salary range for positions that will be physically based in the California Bay Area is $101,250.00 - 135,000.00 \nThe salary range for positions that will be physically based in the Boston Metro Area is $94,500.00 - 126,000.00\nThe salary range for positions that will be physically based in Texas or Ohio is $84,375.00 - 112,750.00\nThe salary range for positions that will be physically based in all other locations within the United States is $85,000.00 to 114,000.00\nBase pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata's non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses.
