This position will work closely with customer leadership, internal teams, technical experts, consultants, and external partners to ensure that project commitments are successfully achieved.\nLead the end-to-end delivery of complex consulting and enterprise software implementation projects.\nEnsure projects align with contractual commitments, defined scope, timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans covering schedules, resources, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and risks.\nEstablish and manage project governance, including steering committees, executive reviews, and operational meetings.\nServe as the primary delivery contact for customer leadership, project sponsors, and key stakeholders.\nBuild trusted relationships with customers and provide clear updates regarding project progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.\nManage project financial performance, including budgets, revenue recognition, forecasting, margins, and cost controls.\nMonitor and report delivery performance indicators, including schedule adherence, quality, resource utilization, and financial health.\nIdentify opportunities for change orders, scope optimization, and additional services.\nProactively identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.\nEscalate critical issues through the proper governance channels and drive effective problem-solving across teams.\nLead multidisciplinary teams consisting of consultants, technical experts, internal departments, and partner resources.\nPromote collaboration across consulting, Research and Development, support, and other internal teams.\nProvide guidance and mentorship to project team members and junior project managers.\nSupport continuous improvement by contributing to project delivery methodologies, best practices, lessons learned, and process improvements.\nDrive operational excellence and support initiatives that improve project governance, predictability, and delivery quality.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.\nFive or more years of experience in project or program management within consulting, software implementation, or digital transformation environments.\nProven experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale programs.\nExperience managing multimillion-dollar projects involving cross-functional teams and external partners.\nStrong customer-facing leadership and executive stakeholder management experience.\nStrong risk management skills, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.\nStrong knowledge of project margins, financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.\nDemonstrated leadership, team-building, and team-development skills.\nAbility to manage complex delivery environments involving multiple teams, priorities, and dependencies.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\nExperience with project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, MSP, or an equivalent framework.\nFamiliarity with enterprise software implementation programs involving PLM, ERP, MES, or similar solutions.\nStrong knowledge of project governance, delivery frameworks, operational metrics, and performance reporting.\nPMP or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.\nProfessional fluency in English is required.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, international, and customer-focused environment.\nWilling to Travel about 25% of the time\nInclusion statement\nIn order to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals, employment decisions at 3DS are based on merit, qualifications and abilities. 3DS is committed to a policy of non-discrimination and equal opportunity for all employees and qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth or medical or common conditions related to pregnancy or childbirth), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, familial status, national origin, ancestry, age (40 and above), disability, veteran status, military service, application for military service, genetic information, receipt of free medical care, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law. 3DS will make reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with known disabilities, in accordance with applicable law.\nQualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with applicable state laws and local ordinances.
