You will be primarily responsible for the successful completion of customer projects to deliver committed value and guarantee customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients and address customer's business needs.\nRole Description & Responsibilities\nCoordinate all associated activities & resources to ensure successful contract execution\n\nLead and/or contribute to the definition of the Statement of Work (SOW)\n\nCreate and manage project plan and scope throughout the lifecycle of the projects\n\nMonitor execution on time, quality and budget, securing project baseline and margin\n\nManage and provide guidance to the project team\n\nPrepare/update the business forecast and ensure consistency with information systems\n\nProactive identification and communication of new business opportunities identified during project execution\n\nCapitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability. Ensure maximum reuse of existing Best Practices, and create new ones\n\nProduce the lessons learn during the project closure phase and secure the team adoption during the project execution\n\nFoster a trust-based relationship with customer, driving a valuable partnership\n\nIdentify, evaluate, categorize the impact and communicate any type of project risks.\n\nDefine, implement and monitor/track mitigation action plans\n\nManage escalation and senior C-level reporting when needed\n\nQualifications\nExtensive experience of project management in software implementation for external customer\n\nAbility and proven experience in managing big teams in remote mode\n\nLeadership qualities and excellent organizational skills\n\nDemonstrated ability to act professionally with diverse groups of executives, managers, and subject matter experts\n\nDemonstrated ability to perform risk analysis, manage budgets and perform resource planning\n\nVery good command of English\n\nAbility to travel a significant part of the business time.\n\nPreferred skills and experience\nMaster's degree in a related field, preferably in engineering or computer science\n\nExperience with Supply Chain Planning software is a big plus\n\nProject Management methodology training and certifications (such as PMP, Lean, Agile) a big plus\n\nSkills and experience in MS Projects are expected.\n\nInclusion statement\nAs a game-changer in sustainable technology and innovation, Dassault Systèmes is striving to build more inclusive and diverse teams across the globe.
