You will join an R&D engineering environment and contribute to the development of enterprise software while working closely with our Application Security team and Security Champions.\nThis is not a traditional cybersecurity internship focused only on policies, reports, or vulnerability scanning. You will write software, understand real application architectures, and learn how to design, implement, test, and operate software securely.\nThe goal is to develop a software engineer with strong Application Security expertise who can progressively take on the role of a Security Champion within the development organization.\nRole description & Responsibilities\nAssist team members with feature development and maintenance using .NET and C#, working with APIs, REST, gRPC and modern service architectures.\n\nWrite and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure robust, clean, and reliable code.\n\nConduct technical research and spikes to help solve complex platform challenges.\n\nActively participate in team agile ceremonies, code reviews, and daily operations, working with Git and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nContribute to secure code reviews, threat modeling, and the definition of security requirements for new features.\n\nSupport the analysis and triage of vulnerabilities using SAST, SCA, and DAST tooling.\n\nGet involved in security testing of APIs and services, as well as authentication, authorization, and cryptography topics.\n\nExplore how Artificial Intelligence can improve Application Security, e.g. AI-assisted secure code review, vulnerability prioritization, and automation of repetitive AppSec activities.\n\nQualifications\nComputer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related studies\n\nBasic programming experience, preferably C# / .NET, Java, Python, C++, or a similar language\n\nUnderstanding of object-oriented programming, basic web technologies/APIs, and basic knowledge of databases and SQL.\n\nFamiliarity with Git and a basic understanding of software engineering best practices and unit testing frameworks.\n\nFamiliarity or strong interest in DELMIA Apriso or manufacturing operations software.\n\nKnowledge of OWASP Top 10, secure coding principles, authentication/authorization, or common vulnerabilities (e.g. injection, XSS, broken access control) is an advantage, but not required.\n\nEagerness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a team environment.\n\nGood communication skills in English (written and spoken).\n\nWhat's in it for you\nGreat opportunity to gain hands-on, practical experience at the intersection of software engineering, cybersecurity, and AI within the IT industry\n\nSupportive and knowledgeable team, ready to share expertise and best practices\n\nWide variety of projects and tasks, ambitious goals and independence in achieving them\n\nFlexible working hours\n\nChillout rooms\n\nAccess to training platform (languages, soft/hard skills)\n\nMultinational work environment\n\nAnd last but not least: Healthy Breakfast once a month, Fruity Tuesdays, Sweets on Thursdays, public transport compensation and MultiLife platform access\n\nInclusion statement\nAs a game-changer in sustainable technology and innovation, Dassault Systèmes is striving to build more inclusive and diverse teams across the globe.
