Industrialization\nBrazil, SP, Sao Paulo\nRegular\nApply\nKey Job Details\nLocation:\nBrazil, SP, Sao Paulo\nJob type:\nRegular\nProduct:\nDassault Systèmes\nExperience level:\n6 to 7 years\nPosted on:\n9/8/2026\nRef ID:\n548074\nShare Job\nRole & Responsibilities\nWe are looking for a Solution Architect to lead the definition and integration of solutions within the Industrialization Domain, connecting engineering, manufacturing, reliability, production, logistics, quality, and lifecycle support processes through a digital environment.\n\nThe role will be responsible for defining and integrating solutions across engineering, manufacturing, reliability, production, logistics, and lifecycle support, ensuring alignment and traceability across the different industrial processes.\n\nThe Solution Architect will work across multidisciplinary teams to support capabilities covering:\n\nReliability and systems engineering, including RBD, FTA, Markov analysis, FMEA/FMECA, RCM, system validation, and conformity management.\nManufacturing and industrialization, including manufacturing preparation, production processes, manufacturing documentation, and integration with production activities.\nQuality and production integration, supporting the connection between engineering definitions, manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning.\n Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), including supplier data integration, maintenance planning, resource estimation, lifecycle support, and compliance with applicable industry standards.\nDigital continuity and traceability, maintaining the connection between engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, and operational readiness.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDefine and integrate solutions supporting Industrialization-related business processes.\nEnsure consistency and traceability across engineering, manufacturing, reliability, production, quality, logistics, and lifecycle processes.\nSupport the integration of industrial processes with the 3D digital mock-up.\nLead discussions and workshops with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and technical teams.\nIdentify solution gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for process optimization.\nSupport solution configuration, testing, validation, and deployment.\nProvide technical guidance to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nEnsure alignment with applicable industry standards and project governance.\nContribute to the evolution of digital manufacturing and lifecycle management capabilities.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.\nProven experience as a Solution Architect, Functional Architect, Systems Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or similar role.\nStrong understanding of industrialization and manufacturing processes.\nExperience working across multiple functional domains and integrating complex industrial processes.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.\nExperience with PLM, digital manufacturing, or related enterprise platforms.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE and/or DELMIA.\nBackground in reliability engineering, systems engineering, manufacturing engineering, or Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).\nExperience with RBD, FTA, Markov analysis, FMEA/FMECA, RCM, or related engineering methodologies.\nExperience in Shipbuilding, Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, or other complex industrial environments.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing planning, quality, production, maintenance, or lifecycle management processes.\nExperience integrating engineering, manufacturing, supplier, and maintenance information within a common digital environment.\nInclusion statement\nAs a game-changer in sustainable technology and innovation, Dassault Systèmes is striving to build more inclusive and diverse teams across the globe.
