If you excel at discovering hard-to-find candidates at the intersection of enterprise SaaS, healthcare tech, and life sciences, this contract role offers immense business impact.\nKey Responsibilities\nMulti-Domain Strategic Sourcing\nSales & GTM: Build robust pipelines for Enterprise Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Commercial Directors, and Partner Sales professionals familiar with complex life science or B2B SaaS deal cycles.\nProfessional Services & Clinical Ops: Source specialized Subject Matter Experts, Clinical Trial Management Consultants, Implementation Engineers, and Solution Consultants with deep expertise in EDC, eCOA, and clinical data management tools.\nEngineering & Technology: Identify top-tier software engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and product managers proficient in scalable SaaS platforms, AI/ML models, and regulatory-compliant software.\nCandidate Engagement & Pipeline Management\nPassive Outreach: Craft compel-and-convert messaging tailored to Medidata's mission, platform capability, and unique value proposition to achieve above-industry conversion rates.\nInitial Screening: Conduct rigorous phone screens to assess candidate technical/functional alignment, cultural add, career motivations, and compensation expectations before handing off to recruiters.\nMarket Intelligence & Mapping: Map target competitor talent landscapes (PharmaTech, HealthTech, Enterprise SaaS) and present actionable hiring insights to recruiters and business stakeholders.\nAd-hoc tasks in support of the hiring process\nQualifications & Core Requirements\nExperience: Dedicated talent sourcing experience in a B2B SaaS, Life Sciences Tech, or high-growth technology environment.\nCross-Functional Domain Expertise: Proven success in sourcing across Technology Sales is essential.
