You won't have direct reports, but you'll be expected to raise the level of everyone around you through your work, your critique, and your judgment- You'll bring deep UI craft and systems-level UX thinking to a collaborative team that values craft, curiosity, and outcomes\n- You're an experienced designer with strong UI craft and the UX depth to own coherence across multiple product surfaces, not just one\n- You're energized by ambiguous, high-stakes problems, good data, and the challenge of designing experiences that make real differences for real users at scale\n- You're the person other designers and PMs go to when a decision needs to hold up across teams, and you raise the bar for everyone around you\n- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with experience managing stakeholder alignment across teams and presenting to senior leadership\n- 8-12+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, including demonstrated Staff/Lead-level scope\n- Demonstrated experience with experimentation, A/B testing frameworks, or data-informed design iteration\n- Solid understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive design practices\n- A portfolio demonstrating strong design craft applied to complex digital products, with clear evidence of both UX thinking and UI quality across multiple teams or product areas\n- A track record of mentoring peers effectively - providing structured feedback, setting a craft standard, and helping others develop their skills\n- Demonstrable usage of AI in your design practice, with evidence of how you leverage AI for prototyping, testing, and shipping. -
