French language skills will be a plus.\nExperience in insurance, fintech or another regulated environment would be a plus, but is not mandatory.\n**What we're looking for beyond the immediate role**\nThis position is particularly suited to someone who wants to broaden their scope beyond software development.\nYou will have the opportunity to work closely with our CTO, gain exposure to architecture and product decisions, understand the business behind the technology and progressively take ownership of increasingly strategic technical topics.\n**Location**\nWe offer a flexible working environment, including remote working.\nHowever, regular in-person collaboration with our CTO in Lyon is essential for this position.\nCandidates must therefore be able to travel to Lyon frequently, with straightforward and reasonably short travel arrangements, allowing them to attend in-person working sessions without significant logistical constraints.\nThe ability to reach Lyon
