This is first and foremost a finance leadership role - requiring deep expertise across financial strategy, FP&A, controls, contracting, and international operations in a SaaS environment.\nIn addition to financial leadership, this CFO will bring operational breadth, with oversight of the Program Management Office (PMO) and Quality & Regulatory Affairs. This expanded scope reflects DI's evolution and the need for a senior leader who can connect financial rigor with cross-functional operational excellence.\nWe are seeking a dynamic, humble, and results-oriented executive who embraces AI and technology as tools for smarter, faster decision-making and can support a lean, entrepreneurial culture - driving meaningful impact without unnecessary bureaucracy.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeadership\nServe as a key member of the executive leadership team and a trusted strategic partner to the President & CEO.\n\nProvide visible, effective leadership to Finance, Contracting, PMO, and Quality & Regulatory, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\n\nChampion people development and succession planning across the organization. Invest in talent at every level with an eye toward long-term capability and growth.\n\nDrive adoption of AI and technology to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and scale the business efficiently.\n\nLead with creativity, strategic thinking, nimbleness, humility, and compassion; serve as an operational leader for the CEO when needed.\n\nFinancial Leadership & Strategy\nDevelop and drive global financial strategy, serving as the analytical and strategic engine behind DI's short- and long-term financial goals.\n\nLead all aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) - including annual planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, and management reporting - providing the executive team with timely, accurate, and actionable insights.\n\nOversee the preparation of financial statements, board reporting, and special analyses; ensure clarity, accuracy, and transparency across all financial communications with DI leadership and Roper Technologies.\n\nBuild and maintain best-in-class financial controls, policies, and processes - scalable, compliant, and aligned with the demands of a growing SaaS business operating across multiple geographies.\n\nLead the global Contracting function, ensuring efficient, compliant, and commercially sound contract management aligned with DI's revenue model and risk tolerance.\n\nEnsure compliance with all applicable financial regulations across DI's international operations (US, Brazil, Belgium, Hong Kong).\n\nPartner with Roper Technologies on M&A evaluation, due diligence, and integration - bringing disciplined financial analysis to inorganic growth opportunities.\n\nLeverage AI and data analytics to drive greater speed, rigor, and efficiency in financial planning, reporting, and decision support.\n\nAdditional Functional Oversight\nThe CFO will also provide executive oversight for the following functions. While these areas are important to DI's operations, they are secondary to the core financial leadership mandate of this role.\nProgram Management Office (PMO)\nEnsure strategic initiatives are structured, prioritized, and executed with rigor - maintaining clear accountability and alignment with business objectives.\n\nEstablish measurement frameworks and resource allocation discipline in partnership with the executive team.\n\nQuality & Regulatory Affairs (QARA)\nProvide executive accountability for DI's global Quality Management System and Regulatory compliance programs across all markets.\n\nPartner with Product and Commercial leaders to embed quality and compliance thinking into company processes and ensure the company meets all applicable healthcare and software regulatory requirements.\n\nYear One Critical Success Factors\nAchieve full immersion into DI's strategy, financials, operations, customers, talent, and culture - rapidly establishing credibility as a trusted partner to the CEO and executive team.\n\nAssess and strengthen the Finance and Contracting functions; identify near-term improvements and build a longer-term roadmap for scalability and efficiency.\n\nEstablish clear financial operating rhythms, accountability structures, and performance metrics that give the executive team real-time visibility into business performance.\n\nAssess PMO and QARA functions; understand current-state capabilities and identify opportunities to drive greater effectiveness.\n\nDevelop and elevate the talent of the leadership team across all reporting functions - building an organization capable of succession and growth.\n\nIdentify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance the speed, accuracy, and impact of financial and operational processes.\n\nBuild strong cross-functional partnerships with peers across Commercial, Product, and People functions.\n\nProfessional Experience & Qualifications\nThe CFO will bring a minimum of 15 years of financial leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare technology or SaaS company, with a demonstrated track record of scaling organizations and driving sustained financial performance. Expanded operational scope experience is a plus.\nDeep proficiency across all aspects of financial management: accounting, FP&A, M&A, risk management, financial controls, contracting, and international operations.\n\nProven track record driving financial growth and scaling a SaaS business; experience navigating a company through transformation is a strong plus.\n\nExceptional team leadership skills - proven ability to inspire, develop, and retain high-performing teams, and to champion a culture of learning and people development across the organization.\n\nExperience leading or overseeing operational functions beyond Finance (e.g., PMO, Quality & Regulatory) or demonstrated appetite and capability to step into broader operational accountability.\n\nAI-forward orientation.
