This role owns monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across our global locations, including reporting to our public parent company. The Manager partners with business leaders by creating and tracking the key metrics that drive decisions, and uses AI and automation to make reporting, forecasting, and analysis faster and more accurate. This person leads and develops the finance team and reports to the VP of Finance.\n\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities:\nLead with Purpose Through Continuous Change: Build and sustain a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, holding a consistent performance standard, and keeping the team grounded and productive as change remains the constant. \nDevelop Talent and Cultivate a Learning Mindset: Create an environment where feedback is ongoing and specific; development is tied to where DI is going, and curiosity and experimentation are expected. Invest in growing people aligned to the capabilities that DI needs today and in the future. \nDrive Results and Lead AI Forward: Deliver complete, accurate, and timely work through sound judgment, accountability, and a consistent ethical standard. Actively redesign how the team operates because of AI. This is not just personal tool use, but changing workflows, role expectations, and what strong performance looks like in an AI-enabled environment. \nReport monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements internally and to our public parent company within tight deadlines, using automation and AI tools to speed up preparation and improve accuracy. \nInterpret and analyze required reports and financial statements to satisfy multinational and multicurrency requirements. \nOversee the budgeting and forecasting responsibilities for each global location, using AI-enabled tools to improve forecast accuracy. \nPerform detailed financial statement analysis and summaries. \nCoordinate the month-end and year-end close process. \nAnalyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses; report to business leaders and make recommendations based on trending data. \nCreate key dashboards and/or financial summaries as needed, using AI to surface trends and insights. \nEvaluate and implement Financial, Planning and Analysis best practices, including automating manual processes and adopting AI tools. \nAssist and/or lead special projects to implement and improve global financial strategies. \nTrain, mentor, and serve as a resource to other members of the team and cross-departmental colleagues regarding financial questions. \n\nRequired Qualifications\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nExperience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) \nUnderstanding of software revenue recognition guidance and the ability to interpret and apply principles to business operations, particularly for Subscription and SaaS products \nWorking knowledge of financial systems, processes and controls \nExperience with financial modeling and reporting \nClear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain financial results to non-finance colleagues \nFamiliarity with all Microsoft Office Suite applications - advanced Microsoft Excel skills required \nAbility to prepare clear, executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint \nProven ability to work cross-functionally as well as globally \nPrioritize tasks, execute efficiently and independently in a deadline-driven environment \nMust comply with and pass initial background check and drug screening, as well as subsequent background checks, drug screenings and vaccine requirements as required by customer contracts \nAbility to follow DI’s policies, procedures, system usage practices \nMust have unrestricted work authorization in the United States \nPreferred Qualifications\nWorking knowledge/experience with Salesforce \nWorking knowledge/experience with NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Planning \nEducation and/or Experience \nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance and at least 5 years of relevant working experience, OR a combination of education and experience totaling at least 9 years from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.\n\nPhysical Requirements/Working Conditions:\nAbility to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated at a desk) for extended periods during the workday. \nFrequent use of standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, headsets, and webcams. \nOccasional light lifting (up to 10 lbs) may be required for home office equipment setup or maintenance. \nOccasional travel may be required for team offsites, client meetings, or company events (typically less than 10%).) \nSupervision Level\nThis person reports directly to the VP of Finance and is responsible for leading and managing a team.\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary Range: $129,150 - 157,819.
