This role will help the team deliver robust, scalable parsing tools and capabilities for integration into customer systems. The successful candidate will remove impediments, promote Agile best practices, track team performance, and communicate progress and risks to technical and executive stakeholders.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nFacilitate sprint planning, daily/weekly Scrum meetings, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.\n\nCoach the team on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.\n\nTrack team metrics, including velocity, sprint progress, and open/closed tickets.\n\nIdentify and remove impediments that impact team productivity, quality, or delivery.\n\nManage and maintain team backlogs using Jira or similar Agile tools.\n\nCoordinate with the SME and Product Owner on task assignment, prioritization, and sprint objectives.\n\nPrepare Weekly Scrum Master Reports and Quarterly Scrum Master Progress Reports for technical and executive stakeholders.\n\nMonitor team progress, risks, and delivery commitments, communicating issues and recommended solutions as needed.\n\nFoster collaboration across software development, DevOps, QA, and customer teams.\n\nMentor team members and promote accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n10+ years of experience in software development, R&D, or related technical environments.\n\nCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification required.\n\nStrong experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.\n\nExperience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools.\n\nStrong communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nAbility to track team metrics, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.\n\nSelf-driven with the ability to mentor team members and work effectively across technical teams.\n\nAbility to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance.\n\nAbility to work in McLean, VA; Huntsville, AL; or remotely, as required by the program.\n\nData Intelligence, DI is an established small business that has supported the critical missions of our government clients since 2005.
