Its products have been implemented in 30,000+ projects across more than 100 countries.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are looking for a Head of Service & Technical Support to join the team in the Kyiv office\n\nRequirements\n\nHigher technical education;\n\nAt least 3 years of experience managing a service or technical support function;\n\nProven leadership skills and experience managing teams;\n\nStrong understanding of electromechanical systems and access control equipment;\n\nExperience delivering training and technical programs for engineering and technical specialists;\n\nFluent English;
