Profil recherché\n\n• BAC+4 minimum (Commerce, Marketing, Gestion, Informatique ou équivalent)\n\n• 5 ans d’expérience minimum dans le développement commercial et la vente de solutions ICT\n\n???? Missions\n\n• Développer le chiffre d’affaires à travers la conquête et la gestion de grands comptes\n\n• Identifier de nouvelles opportunités business (prospection, partenariats, nouveaux marchés)\n\n• Analyser les besoins clients et proposer des solutions IT à forte valeur ajoutée\n\n• Piloter les négociations commerciales jusqu’à la signature des contrats\n\n• Participer activement aux appels d’offres\n\n• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques\n\n• Assurer le suivi, la satisfaction et la fidélisation clients\n\n????? Compétences clés\n\n• Excellente maîtrise des solutions IT (infrastructures, réseaux, cybersécurité, cloud, services managés, etc.)\n\n• Forte capacité de chasse et de développement de comptes stratégiques\n\n• Solides compétences en négociation et closing\n\n• Très bonne communication orale et écrite\n\n• Maîtrise des outils CRM et reporting commercial\n\n• Bonne connaissance du marché IT local \n\n????
