This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong potential and initial experience in construction projects.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nAs a Project Manager, you will contribute to the delivery of design and construction projects in Germany, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and schedule requirements, in close collaboration with the Senior Project Manager.\nTypes of projects:\nData centers\nElectrical power supply infrastructure\nCampus-wide works (underground networks, utilities, etc.)\nOffice buildings\nPost-handover fit-out works (IT rooms, offices)\nAdministrative phase\nSupport in managing administrative procedures (permits, regulatory authorizations)\nCoordination with architects, design offices, and authorities until permits are obtained\nDesign phase\nParticipation in meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements\nMonitoring of technical design and verification of compliance with project specifications\nInterface between Design and Operations teams\nConstruction & commissioning phase\nDay-to-day monitoring of on-site progress with the Senior Project Manager\nEnsuring compliance with safety and construction standards\nCoordination with key stakeholders and service providers (energy suppliers, inspection bodies, design offices, etc.)\nInterface with clients (hyperscalers and key accounts) throughout the project\nParticipation in commissioning activities and preparation of internal technical handover\nProject handover & acceptance\nSupport the transition from construction to operations\nAssist with the collection and verification of technical documentation (as-built drawings, procedures, training materials)\nCoordination with Operations teams to ensure a smooth knowledge transfer\nContribution to client reporting and delivery of project deliverables\nOrganization of training sessions and on-site onboarding for operational teams\nProject management & support\nParticipation in project meetings and preparation of minutes and follow-up action lists\nPreparation of project reports in English for internal stakeholders and clients\nBudget tracking in collaboration with Finance and Project teams\nContribution to continuous improvement of project management tools and processes\nAdditional responsibilities\nSupport for environmental certification processes (e.g. BREEAM)\nAssistance with implementation of environmental policies (waste management, carbon reduction initiatives)\nParticipation in commercial and pre-sales activities for complex technical solutions\nContribution to client audits when required\nSupport in the deployment of internal tools (e.g. Oracle, Unifier) for risk management, reporting, and cost tracking\nRESPONSIBILITES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS\nRespect and enforce certification policies in terms of:\nH&S:Respect and enforce health and safety rules.\nEnvironment:Respect and enforce environmental policies.\nInformation security:Respect and enforce information security policies\nEnergy: Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption.\nREQUIREMENTS\nEducation and experience\nEngineering degree (civil engineering, electrical engineering, general engineering, or urban planning/development)\n5+ years’ experience in construction projects or real estate development, site supervision, and project coordination\nInternational exposure or the ability to work in a multicultural environment is a plus\nTechnical skills\nLanguages: German and English (excellent written and verbal communication skills)\nTechnical knowledge in construction: HVAC, electrical systems (low and high voltage), safety systems, structure, and finishes\nProficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD\nKnowledge of Oracle or Unifier is a plus\nAwareness of HSE regulations and sustainable construction practices\nBehavioral skills\nHands-on, site-oriented
