To fuel its expansion, Data4 pursues M&A transactions, greenfield acquisitions, and follow-on investments across existing campuses - while simultaneously managing a multi-source funding strategy spanning both debt and equity.\nIn this role, you will work closely with Investment Associates, Managers, and senior team members on strategic analyses, financial modelling, market research, underwriting support, and stakeholder materials. You will gain strong exposure to corporate strategy and high-value investment topics within the fast-growing digital infrastructure sector.\nWe are looking for someone who is curious, rigorous and proactive - eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment, with a genuine interest in finance, infrastructure, and valuations.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nFunding Strategy:\nSupport the development and monitoring of the debt financing strategy\nStay current on capital market conditions affecting Data4 business\nTrack capital market conditions and monitor peer activity in structured finance\nGrowth Strategy\nAssist in underwriting new investment opportunities (greenfield/brownfield): market research, data processing, benchmarking, preliminary financial modelling.\nPrepare and structure internal presentations.\nAssist in coordinating due diligence alongside internal teams and external advisers.\nContribute to valuation exercises under the supervision of the Investment Manager.\nCorporate Strategy\nAssist with materials for the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.\nSupport updates of the group’s business plan model: data checks, projections, scenario testing.\nPerform ad-hoc strategic and financial analyses as required.\nRESPONSIBILITIES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS\nH&S: Adhere to health and safety rules.\nEnvironment: Comply with environmental policies.\nInformation security: Respect information security policies and confidentiality standards.\nEnergy: Support initiatives to reduce energy consumption.\nREQUIREMENTS\nEducation\nCurrently pursuing a master’s degree in engineering, finance, economics, management, or a related field.\nPrevious internship in finance, investment banking, private equity, infrastructure, real estate, or consulting is a plus.\nSkills\nStrong analytical and quantitative capabilities.\nBasic understanding of financial modelling and valuation (DCF, comparables).\nExcellent command of Excel and PowerPoint.\nDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.\nCurious, proactive, and eager to learn in a demanding environment.\nFluency in English;
