anticipating what’s coming next.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nThe H&S Manager acts as RSPP (Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione dei rischi) as defined by Italian law.\nThey are responsible for implementing the group's H&S \"OPS & Fit Out\" program in Italy, working closely with all stakeholders: Data4 staff (especially Operations and Fit Out teams), contractors, clients, etc., in compliance with all applicable regulations and as part of a continuous improvement approach.\nTravel requirements: Occasional travel in Europe\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nStrategy:\nParticipate in the review of the H&S policy\nContribute to the development and review of the annual H&S program\nDefine and lead the organizational structure (H&S committee, meetings, processes, KPIs, etc.) for deploying the H&S program\nCollaborate closely with the H&S Manager \"Construction\" Italy on interface topics between Construction, Fit Out, and OPS, as well as H&S awareness initiatives\nWork with H&S peers in other countries to improve processes and define best practices\nReport to the Group H&S Manager on implementation status and escalate any difficulties to define solutions jointly\nIdentify risk factors, assess risks, and implement health and safety measures in compliance with legislation\nDevelop and maintain safety procedures\nPropose and organize training and information programs for employees\nParticipate in H&S consultations and annual reviews\nProvide employees with clear information on:General health and safety risks\nEmergency procedures (first aid, fire, evacuation)\nDesignated emergency personnel\nRSPP staff and occupational doctor\nSpecific risks and corresponding prevention rules\nHazards from dangerous substances (if applicable)\nPrevention and protection actions implemented\n\nOn-site Activities:\nConduct H&S audits and log findings in JIRA\nEnsure risk analyses for High-Risk Activities (HRA) are completed and that related measures are integrated into MOPs\nAssign green/yellow/red safety cards as appropriate\nConduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) for incidents and near-misses\nOversee H&S action plans and track via JIRA\nDefine and implement H&S awareness actions and tools\nCreate H&S procedures, instructions, posters, etc.\nPropose and manage appropriate PPE for Data4 employees\nLead evacuation drill planning and execution\nContribute to the update of the Fire Safety Plan\nAdministrative Tasks:\nMonitor regulatory compliance and maintain awareness of H&S legal updates\nUpdate regulatory documents and those required by the Integrated Management System (IMS), e.g., Risk Assessment Document, Prevention Plans\nEnsure ISO 45001 compliance across countries where the group operates\nMaintain H&S dashboards and KPIs\nManage the H&S document database to ensure proper organization and accessibility\nPropose training actions for Data4 teams\nContribute to the improvement of H&S tools\nParticipate in the annual H&S budget planning\nManage OPEX and CAPEX files related to H&S initiatives (quotes, purchase orders, invoice tracking, etc.)\nServe as the H&S point of contact for safety committees, labor inspectors, and official/legal entities\nRepresent and defend Data4’s H&S positions with clients and contractors\nREQUIREMENTS\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma (minimum) plus certified completion of training courses on workplace risks and safety, including:Risk prevention\nErgonomics and stress\nOrganizational and technical-administrative management\nCommunication and trade union relationsOR\n\nExperience in one of the above H&S roles for at least six months before August 13, 2003, along with appropriate trainingOR\n\nA degree in one of the following fields: L7, L8, L9, L17, L23 or a Master’s in LM26, or an equivalent recognized qualification\nMinimum 5 years’ experience required\nProven experience in operational H&S management on technical sites involving construction, industrial building management, contractors, and client operations\nTechnical Skills\nAbility to understand and implement labor law and H&S best practices (e.g., INRS)\nKnowledge of and experience with ISO 45001\nFamiliarity with continuous improvement tools: FMEA, 5M, Root Cause Trees, PDCA\nH&S audit experience\nExperience in project participation and methodology\nFluency in written and spoken English is mandatory\nGeneral Skills\nStrong operational H&S culture\nIntegrity, confidentiality, and ethics\nExcellent interpersonal skills\nStrong writing skills\nHigh attention to
