You will be responsible for ensuring that data center projects comply with customer and regulatory requirements. You will participate in defining and implementing processes from scratch and contribute to the creation of sustainable data centers.\nThis role can be based in Marcoussis (France) or Cornaredo (Italy)\nTravel required.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nEstablish and maintain the DATA4 Project Quality Plan for data center and infrastructure projects in accordance with the Design and Construction department's key processes, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements.\nPlan and conduct internal and external quality audits.\nMonitor the actions of the prime contractor and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance, track risks, and make suggestions for mitigation.\nPromote quality awareness and provide training within the project team.\nPrepare and deliver high-quality project reports to management and clients on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.\nLead lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement processes.\nRESPONSIBILITIES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS\nRespect and enforce certification policies in terms of:\nH&S:Respect and enforce health and safety rules.\nEnvironment:Respect and enforce environmental policies.\nInformation security:Respect and enforce information security policies\nEnergy: Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption.\nREQUIREMENTS\nEducation and Experience\nMaster’s degree in Engineering.\n3-5 years of technical experience.\nSolid experience in quality management.\nPrevious experience in industry, oil & gas, data centers, or construction companies is mandatory.\nFluent in English; another European language is a plus.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of ISO 9000 series standards; auditing experience required.
