The HR Coordinator leads recruiting and onboarding, assists with benefits, HRIS administration, employee relations, and company event logistics. This position requires strong independent judgment, high-level of accuracy, with the opportunity to make an impact on one of the Best Places to Work in Idaho!\nWhat You’ll Do\nTalent AcquisitionResponsible for managing the recruiting pipeline tasks, including conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, and updating job statuses.\nDraft job descriptions and post job openings to Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal HRIS platforms.\nManage the onboarding process for new hires, including offer letters, paperwork, payroll setup, and first week expectations.\n\nHRIS & SystemsServe as go-to person for company-wide HRIS experience (BambooHR), including configuring workflows, onboarding sequences, task lists, access levels, and reporting.\nManage and maintain forms, surveys, and internal documentation for HR (eg- I-9 verification & background checks) and company-wide use.\n\nBenefits & CompensationAssist with compensation and benefit documentation, enrollment, and answering employee questions.\nSupport benefit audits and open enrollment activities.\n\nEmployee RelationsAddress employee inquiries, support conflict resolution, and help maintain high workplace morale.\nInterpret and help communicate company policies to employees and managers.\n\nOther ResponsibilitiesWrite and update HR policies on request.\nCoordinate large company events including the annual summit and holiday party.\nManage employee swag ordering and delivery.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in HR Management or related field required. HR certification (or working towards one) preferred.\n2-3 years of progressive HR experience required.
