This role is responsible forNetSuite ERP and its integrations with HRIS, corporate credit card, and expense management platforms. The position manages vendor support relationships for all connected systems, maintainsSOX compliant controls across the financial systems environment, and applies structured project management discipline to drive implementations and improvements to completion. This role reports to the Director of IT and operatesonsite.\nWhat You’llDo(Job Responsibilities)\nAdminister, configure, and optimizeNetSuite, including SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, roles, permissions, dashboards, and saved searches.\nOwn ERP architecture decisions, system governance, configuration documentation, and audit trail integrity.\nMaintain SOX compliant controls across all financial systems, and support internal and external audit activities, including evidence gathering, control documentation, and remediation tracking.\nDesign and maintainintegrations between NetSuite and HRIS, corporate credit card, and expense management systems.\nDefine and document data flow standards, reconciliation procedures, and integrationSOPs across all connected platforms.\nServe as the primary point of contact for vendor support teams across all financial systems, managing escalations and SLAs and coordinating system updates and releases.\nApply continuous improvement frameworks to eliminatemanual workflows, reduce cycle times, and increase system automation.\nLead full lifecycle financial systems projects using structured project management methodologies from requirements through deployment and support.\nDevelop and maintainreporting, dashboards, and analytics to support Finance and IT leadership.\nSupport month-end close cycles, UAT, and operational workflows across financial systems.\nProvide training and end-user support for all managed financial platforms.\nPartner with Finance and HR to translate business requirements into system configurations and process improvements.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications:\n7+ years of NetSuite administration experience, including full lifecycle implementations.\nNetSuite Certified Administrator\nHands-on experience maintainingSOX compliant financial systems, including access controls, change management, and audit trail integrity.\nHands-on experience integrating NetSuite with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR).\nHands-on experience integrating corporate credit card and expense management systems (e.g., Concur, Expensify, Ramp).\nExperience managing vendor support relationships for enterprise financial systems.\nDemonstrated project management experience delivering complex systems implementations on time and within scope.\nActive PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher required.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience with SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, CSV imports, and data migration.\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a relatedfield (or equivalent experience).\nPreferred Qualifications:\nNetSuite certifications, including one or more of the following:\nNetSuite SuiteFoundation.\nNetSuite ERP Consultant.\nExperience in engineering, infrastructure, or energy-related industries.\nFamiliarity with iPaaS integration tools such as Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft.\nBackground supporting regulated or project-based accounting
