stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data analysis and validation tasks\nAnalyze legacy and target datasets to support data migration and transformation processes\nDefine and execute data validation and reconciliation procedures\nValidate migrated data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency\nDocument ETL processes, data mappings, and transformation logic\nWrite complex SQL queries to explore, validate, and analyze large datasets\nSupport the creation of dashboards and reports for business users\nCollaborate with data engineers to ensure alignment between business rules and technical implementation\nSupport downstream analytics and data visualization initiatives\nIdentify data issues, inconsistencies, and gaps and propose solutions\nExperience working in capital markets environments including custody, clearing, settlement, derivatives, or CCP\nAbility to translate business requirements into structured tasks for technical teams\n3 plus years of experience working with large data volumes and diverse data formats\nStrong SQL experience for data analysis and validation\nExperience in data warehousing, dimensional modeling, reporting, and business intelligence\nExperience in data schema design, data modeling, and data mappings\nFluent Spanish and English communication skills in both written and spoken form\nExperience in data migration or system transformation programs\nFamiliarity with AWS Glue\nExperience with dbt or similar transformation tools\nExperience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI\nUnderstanding of data governance and data quality
