The project provides maintenance and development for a high-load platform for hotel reservations, It requires improvements and optimizations of the UI and backend functionality. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with modern backend technologies, and is eager to grow and experiment with new tools and approaches.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDevelop and maintain backend services using Golang\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, DevOps, product)\n\nDesign and implement scalable APIs and services\n\nWork within a microservices-based architecture\n\nEnsure code quality through reviews and collaboration (e.g. pair programming)\n\nIdentify and resolve performance and reliability issues\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and processes\n\nTroubleshoot and debug complex technical issues\n\nRequirements\n\n2+ years of hands-on experience with Golang\n\nStrong understanding of Go fundamentals, standard library, and best practices\n\nExperience designing and working with APIs (REST and/or gRPC)\n\nExperience with microservices architecture\n\nGood understanding of asynchronous communication and concurrency\n\nSolid problem-solving skills and proactive mindset\n\nExperience working in collaborative engineering teams\n\nNice to have\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)\n\nFamiliarity with Linux environments\n\nExperience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and related tools (e.g. ArgoCD)\n\nUnderstanding of networking basics (routing, gateways, firewalls, etc.)\n\nExperience with other programming languages (Java, Scala, C/C++, Rust)\n\nInterest in the travel domain\n\nDegree in Computer Science or a related field\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nUnique corporate culture – no micromanagement, friendly atmosphere, freedom, and mutual respect\n\nFlexible schedule – ability to change projects, to work from home, and to try yourself in different roles\n\nProfessional Development Map – a comprehensive map of your professional development within DataArt\n\nWe hire people not for a project, but for the company.
