backend services using Golang\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, DevOps, product)\nDesign and implement scalable APIs and services\nWork within a microservices-based architecture\nEnsure code quality through reviews and collaboration (e.g. pair programming)\nIdentify and resolve performance and reliability issues\nContribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and processes\nTroubleshoot and debug complex technical issues\n2+ years of hands-on experience with Golang\nStrong understanding of Go fundamentals, standard library, and best practices\nExperience designing and working with APIs (REST and/or gRPC)\nExperience with microservices architecture\nGood understanding of asynchronous communication and concurrency\nSolid problem-solving skills and proactive mindset\nExperience working in collaborative engineering teams\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)\nFamiliarity with Linux environments\nExperience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and related tools (e.g. ArgoCD)\nUnderstanding of networking basics (routing, gateways, firewalls, etc.)\nExperience with other programming languages (Java, Scala, C/C++, Rust)\nInterest in the travel domain\nDegree in Computer Science or a related
