In this role, you will collaborate with engineering and leadership teams to build reliable, scalable, and secure environments while driving DevOps best practices across the organization.\nResponsibilities\nLead the design, implementation, and evolution of hybrid AWS-based and on-premise infrastructure.\n\nDrive DevOps best practices, standards, and technical decisions across the team.\n\nDesign and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure.\n\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform.\n\nManage and optimize containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.\n\nDevelop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines.\n\nImplement and enhance monitoring, logging, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch.\n\nEnsure the reliability, performance, security, and scalability of the platform.\n\nTroubleshoot complex infrastructure and production issues.\n\nCollaborate closely with management, development and engineering teams to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency.\n\nMentor and provide technical guidance to other DevOps engineers.\n\nRequirements\nExtensive experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles, including experience in a technical leadership capacity.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS and designing cloud-based infrastructure.\n\nSolid experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.\n\nStrong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.\n\nExperience with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications.\n\nStrong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.\n\nHands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch.\n\nStrong Linux administration and Bash scripting skills.\n\nExperience working with Git and modern software development workflows.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nVacation days: Up to 26 business days per
