Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with experience in Dynamics CRM 2016 configuration and customisation, plugin development, custom workflow activity development, and system integration. In this role, you will support, modify, and maintain existing solutions while contributing to custom development and data-related improvements.

You will contribute to a project that relies on Dynamics CRM 2016, D365 CE, and supporting integration and data tools. The work includes custom development, system maintenance, and improvements to connected services and reporting capabilities. You will collaborate with engineering teams that develop and maintain related systems and code. The work involves close coordination around support, modification, maintenance, integrations, and data issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop customisations and configurations in Dynamics CRM 2016 and D365 CE.
• Build plugins and custom workflow activities for business requirements.
• Develop and maintain JavaScript components for CRM solutions.
• Resolve data issues using SQL queries and SSIS packages with KingswaySoft.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in custom development.
• Support modifying and maintaining systems and code developed by other engineering teams.
• Implement integrations with legacy and modern systems using batch jobs or APIs.
• Work with service module capabilities in D365 CE, including SLA and queues.
• Contribute to solutions using Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain integrations with AWS, Snowflake and ECM systems.
• Work with Azure Synapse Workspace, Azure Functions and WebJobs.

Requirements:

• Experience with Dynamics CRM 2016 configuration and customisation.
• Experience with plugin development and custom workflow activities in Dynamics CRM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for CRM-related development.
• Proficiency in C# and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Experience with SSIS and SSIS packages using KingswaySoft.
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Experience with API integration with AWS, Snowflake, and ECM.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Workspace.
• Experience with Azure Functions and WebJobs.
• Good knowledge of the Service module in D365 CE.
• Experience with SLAs and queues in D365 CE.
• Ability to understand, support, modify, and maintain systems and code developed by other engineering teams.
