The work involves close coordination around support, modification, maintenance, integrations, and data issue resolution.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDevelop customisations and configurations in Dynamics CRM 2016 and D365 CE.\nBuild plugins and custom workflow activities for business requirements.\nDevelop and maintain JavaScript components for CRM solutions.\nResolve data issues using SQL queries and SSIS packages with KingswaySoft.\nEnsure adherence to best practices and coding standards in custom development.\nSupport modifying and maintaining systems and code developed by other engineering teams.\nImplement integrations with legacy and modern systems using batch jobs or APIs.\nWork with service module capabilities in D365 CE, including SLA and queues.\nContribute to solutions using Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate.\nDevelop and maintain integrations with AWS, Snowflake and ECM systems.\nWork with Azure Synapse Workspace, Azure Functions and WebJobs.\n\nRequirements: \nExperience with Dynamics CRM 2016 configuration and customisation.\nExperience with plugin development and custom workflow activities in Dynamics CRM.\nProficiency in JavaScript for CRM-related development.\nProficiency in C# and TypeScript.\nProficiency in HTML and CSS.\nExperience with SSIS and SSIS packages using KingswaySoft.\nStrong knowledge of SQL queries.\nHands-on experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.\nExperience with API integration with AWS, Snowflake, and ECM.\nHands-on experience with Azure Synapse Workspace.\nExperience with Azure Functions and WebJobs.\nGood knowledge of the Service module in D365 CE.\nExperience with SLAs and queues in D365 CE.\nAbility to understand, support, modify, and maintain systems and code developed by other engineering teams.\nTechnology stack: Dynamics CRM 2016, D365 CE, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS,.
