The platform provides centralized governance, operational controls, observability, and integration capabilities to support enterprise AI workloads.\n\nTechnology stack\n\nAWS AgentCore Gateway, AWS IAM, AWS STS, AWS CloudTrail, Python, REST APIs, JSON RPC 2.0, Server Sent Events, Agent Card Schema, Cloud Native Architecture, Human in the Loop Workflows, Performance Testing, k6, Locust, MCP Architecture\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDevelop and maintain cloud native integrations between AI platforms, enterprise services, and cloud infrastructure\n\nBuild and support REST API integrations and service communication layers\n\nImplement integrations using AWS AgentCore Gateway and related platform services\n\nDesign and maintain operational control mechanisms, including throttling, quota management, circuit breakers, and kill switch capabilities\n\nDevelop Python based services, utilities, and integration components\n\nImplement Human in the Loop workflow patterns to support governance and approval processes\n\nCollaborate with security teams to integrate IAM, STS, and audit logging controls\n\nSupport observability, monitoring, and operational reporting requirements across platform services\n\nConduct performance analysis and latency measurements for authorization and policy evaluation workflows\n\nParticipate in architecture reviews, troubleshooting activities, and continuous platform improvements\n\nCreate technical documentation and contribute to operational best practices\n\nRequirements\n\n3+ years of experience in platform engineering, backend engineering, or a related field\n\nExperience building and supporting cloud native API integrations\n\nHands on experience with AWS security services, including IAM, STS, and CloudTrail\n\nStrong knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems integration\n\nExperience with Python development for backend services, integrations, or automation\n\nUnderstanding of JSON RPC 2.0, Server Sent Events, or similar communication protocols\n\nKnowledge of operational reliability patterns, including throttling, quota enforcement, and circuit breaker mechanisms\n\nExperience working with cloud infrastructure and modern application architectures\n\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills\n\nGood written and verbal communication skills\n\nNice To Have\n\nExperience integrating policy enforcement capabilities with AWS AgentCore Gateway\n\nExperience using performance and load testing tools such as k6 or Locust\n\nKnowledge of MCP architectures and agent gateway implementation patterns\n\nExperience designing Human in the Loop workflow integrations\n\nUnderstanding of enterprise AI platforms and governance requirements\n\nExperience with observability, operational monitoring, and audit reporting solutions\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nUnique corporate culture – no micromanagement, friendly atmosphere, freedom, and mutual respect\n\nFlexible schedule – ability to change projects, to work from home, and to try yourself in different roles\n\nProfessional Development Map – a comprehensive map of your professional development within DataArt\n\nWe hire people not for a project, but for the company.
