systems and data pipelines used in banking systems.\nEnsure stability and uptime of platforms supporting customer-facing and regulatory workloads.\nPerform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management in line with ITIL practices.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Risk, and Compliance teams.\nSupport secure deployment, release, and rollback processes in production.\nImplement monitoring, alerting, and audit logging to meet regulatory and audit requirements.\nEnsure adherence to data privacy, governance, and financial regulatory standards (e. g., GDPR).\nSupport disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) plans.\nIdentify opportunities for automation, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.\nRequirements:\nExperience in production support / SRE / platform engineering, preferably in banking or financial services.\nExperience with AWS cloud services, including AWS SageMaker, EC2 EKS, Lambda, S3 and AuroraDB.\nProficiency in Python and scripting for debugging and automation.\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Grafana, and Splunk.\nExperience with data integration and processing technologies such as Kafka and AWS Glue.\nExperience working with REST APIs.\nExperience with incident management tools (e. g., ServiceNow).\nFamiliarity with security standards and identity and access management (IAM).\nWillingness to work in a production support role.\nNice to have:\nKnowledge of secure DevOps (DevSecOps) practices.\nRelevant AWS certifications.\nTechnology stack:\nCloud and AI Platforms (AWS): AWS SageMaker, EC2 EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service), Lambda, S3 Aurora DB.\nMonitoring and Observability: AWS CloudWatch / CloudTrail, Grafana, Splunk.\nData and Integration: Kafka, AWS Glue, REST
