delivery team and stakeholders\nMaintain a clear risk and issue log with ownership and target resolution dates\nPartner with the Architect and engineering team on data quality and validation checkpoints\nKeep scope decisions and open items traceable\nProven experience as a Program Manager on large scale multi workstream technology or data programs\nFormer experience as a hands on senior Project Manager\nStrong command of Scrum and Kanban and supporting tools such as Jira\nExperience managing Time and Materials engagements including budget tracking burn rate forecasting and scope control\nExcellent stakeholder management skills with experience communicating with senior stakeholders\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish\nExperience managing distributed cross functional nearshore or LATAM delivery teams\nExperience managing data migration projects\nStrong risk and issue management skills with a track record of early escalation\nAvailability to travel as needed to client sites in the LATAM region for short periods of time\nA technical background as a software developer or database administrator\nExperience in capital markets\nFamiliarity with modern capital markets data platforms\nPMP certification\nPMI ACP certification\nScrum Master
